Your SD-card has probably become corrupted. They use very cheap(or fake) SD-cards in those emulation sticks. It doesn't take much for them to become corrupted. All it takes, is suddenly power loss while loading a game, or if you shut it down incorrectly after use, by just pulling the power cord etc. There is also a possibility that the stated storage capacity of the SD-card are being faked(example: stated as 4 gb but only has 1-2 gb storage space) so if you add more ROMS/games to it than the real storage capacity is capable of, it's going to delete/overwrite the existing data which gonna corrupt the SD-card. - Solution/fix: Buy a new/better SD-card for it, with a known brand-name(SanDisk Ultra MicroSDXC class 10 for example) they cost around 5-10$ for a 8-16gb SD-card (you really won't need more than 8gb storage capacity, because it's enough for the whole genesis gaming library + extra storage space left). It will give you a much better gaming experience overall, because the read/write speed is going to be much faster than the original SD-card it came with. Only thing left to do, is to download, and put some sega genesis ROMS/games on the new SD-card. You can easily find/get the ROMS/games by a google-search for: "sega genesis roms" if you wanna pick them individually one by one, or a search for: "sega genesis complete rom pack" for the whole gaming library. But be aware, that it's gray-zone illegal to do so, unless you own a real copy of the game/rom you're going to download 😉
All Master System roms have the file extension .sms, but you can manually change it to .bin or .gen or .md on your PC, for the Genesis/MegaDrive emulator to recognise and run Master System roms.
The Sega MD/Genesis emulator on this can also run Master System roms if you change the roms' file extensions from .sms to .bin or .md or .gen for the emulator to recognise them.
I know can download games to your rom folder, but my question is can i play other system games on this system. like super nitendo games or no even though they are 16 bit games i have to stick only with sega games?
I decided to test a few different roms And what I found out is that the super nintendo games don't work but the NES games do work I thought I would share that But so far all the ones I downloaded were great on this system So it looks like you can run Sega and any nes games

@@danseth5775 I need to find one that has the entire sega cd library, I haven't seen one at all
This device can also run the NES roms added to its SD card by the user. But, it can't run SNES roms as it lacks an SNES emulator in its firmware.
Someone please help me :( mine is stuck on "INITALIZE......" every time I try it... any fixes plz?

Where can I download the firmware mine stopped working
Can we copy the files directly, or do we need to convert them like on emuelec?
Looks like the master system games only work if they are bin files, where can you download?

Amigo, serías tan amable de enviarme la carpeta de AVENTURA, esa carpeta el.mio esta vacía, un abrazo
Nice
Welcome . Why can't I get into the games? Please help
Just came across this, great review thanks. Is there a list of games anywhere that come included?
It's basically a ROM dump which may vary, depending on whatever the seller puts on it, but most of the best games are on my version.
