Because this kind of 'competition' is very different then a building search or what so ever, because this is something you have to do together, and she cannot put a lot of pressure on the dog because of her age..so it's still a great job and foresure she hasn't train the dog herself, but it's still very nice to see the interaction between the dog and handler... Job well done and i bet you that not every dog will tolerate this!!
Amazing girl! If anyone who trains dogs has been around someone Samantha's age, you know that most girls of that age can NOT command a dog in this manner. It doesn't matter who trained the dog, the dog has to believe the handler is in charge, and most young people don't have what it takes.

Well, what's great about this? I bet that dog would have done that even without any handler at all. I guess she didn't trained that dog anyway... Same if I send my trained dog into area search with some child and just tell what to say and point. Dog will do it's job. Once it's trained to a certain level the meaning of a handler diminish.

Excellent control if that dog thought he would get a way with taking a step too much he could havebut Samantha kept him well in check all the way
I think 92 was a bit harsh, they deserved a little more...
now if we can get the Police in north america to train their dogs as well would be great.
