Being 6'1'' tall with that iconic body of a battle valkyre she seemed to have problems to find Mr. Right. She is been sourrounded by Metalheads, yet none was seemingly able to handle her, although she has a typical "female character" off-stage seeking for a shoulder to have fun with and to lean on, blabla. My first impression was also that this 10 yrs. younger swedish drummer was for her baby pick (Floor was born in 1981), which she gave birth between the recorded Wembley and Tampere shows.

LOVE watching you getting to know them! TBH, I'm fairly new to them myself and they are phenomenal! Two quick things that others may have already mentioned: 1) For as incredible a talent as Floor is (and she is!) the quiet little keyboardist hiding off in the corner is the real Wizard behind the curtain. Tuomas Holopainen has from the beginning been the creative maestro. He writes the vast majority of the music and lyrics as well as scoring all the orchestrations himself. He's said that one of his bucket list goals would be to score movies. 2) The bassist Marco Hietala (affectionately known by many as the Viking) is a great talent in his own right vocally. He pairs extremely well with Floor and can comfortably stand on his own. If you want to see something TOTALLY different from Romanticide (but still freaking AWESOME) check out Marco's vocals in The Islander (either the Studio Version th-cam.com/video/--tFFz44zvc/w-d-xo.html or the Live Version from Tampere th-cam.com/video/Zo8ncK_5kzc/w-d-xo.html). Many people don't initially realize that Marco is almost as flexible vocally as Floor :)

This is a song they did on their second album back in the late 90s with their original vocalist...It hadnt been part of the setlist for a decade.
