I really appreciate this interview in a longer form video. I think there's so much valuable information owners of successful companies can impart to future or current security company owners.
Citywide looks like a very squared away company, that values their clients and their employees. It's great to see how the company invests in their employees, vehicles, equipment and training. This is exactly what we need more of out there!
Would love to see more longer for videos like this, great job Sean with this review and interview!

I did one account 30 miles one way, so 60 miles per day, even with a company vehicle, we did not get paid for travel time within eight months, and I burned out. We could not keep guards due $ 15.50 per hour, and nobody liked giving up ten hours per week in travel time. The other significant factor is that we were required to stand the entire eight hours and work the grave shift. Now I drive a round trip of 6.2 miles and 18 minutes of round trips same pay, and we can sit down and use the restrooms without waiting an hour or more to use one.
