Is it okay to take your pacman (currently a baby) out of its home tank to feed in a separate tank each day to avoid it eating the substrate? I hear they don't like being handled so not sure if doing that daily is is good or bad.
Is it safe for them to eat in shallow water? If they are housed in water like your adults is it safe to feed them in their tubs or should they be moved to an empty tub?
Hello from France. First, thanks for a very educative video.... ABout to get my frist PAcman and was wondering which is best in terms of heat mat positioning (with thermostat of course). Would you do 1/3 of the terra UNDER it, or would you position it on one side of the terra? Thanks in advance for your lights. Cheers
All i have is a 20gallon and just recently got a pacman size of a half dollar coin i put about 3 inches of coconut substrate in i have the humidity about 65% but can't get the heat above 66°f i put a heating pad on the tank but its not helping with the temp i have a screen lid with a florescent light any suggestions on keeping heat in
My pacman was 5 cm (0.5 in.) long and had not yet pooped for two weeks, the feed I provided was a molly fish at intervals every 2 days. Is that normal?

Got him in a 5 gal tank tryed soaking him tong feeding night crawlers super worms
The superworms shell is too thick for the frog to digest, and may cause impaction issues.
I live in the UK, my baby pacman has never used a heat mat, he eats and lives fine????

Heat lamps aren't recommended for pacman frogs cause it can dry them out and make it hard to maintain the humidity they need :0

I would also get a 29 gallon aquarium lid, holds in heat way better! Im having this problem currently too
If u want u can put a divider in the middle of the tank and get another pac man frog . 10 gallons is enough for one
did you plug it in?
If so, maybe consider wrapping the screen lid with tin foil to retain the heat.
