I'm going to have to take a year vacation in Korea just to try all these street foods I've been watching on this channel. Ive not seen one food I wouldn't eat. I love this channel.
What is the first ingredient this lovely lady adds to the center of the dough? Is that a spice or a mixture of spices and something else? I can, of course, see that the 2nd thing she adds is cheese. Korea has some of the best street vendor food(s), even though I have not gotten to visit yet and have just made things on my own by watching foods being made on TH-cam. Thank you so very much to anyone who can let me know what she adds to the dough first. I certainly appreciate it! :)

To me, I feel that she changed her gloves, because working with dough with bare hands can be cumbersome, because it wants to begin to stick to the hands. It does this, unless the hands are coated with something slippery, like butter, oil, etc., which some would complain about too, that it was unhealthy because of the extra bit of oil, butter, etc. As far as the plastic, perhaps they are made of a type of plastic that can be recycled, and, if so, that negates the problem with that For all we know, this lovely woman is an avid recycler and recycles every single thing she can from her day's work. Once I became an adult, I began canning and making my own sauerkraut with a recipe my grandmother handed down. Every person for whom I have made it, even those who do not like sauerkraut, has said it's the best sauerkraut they've ever had. My grandmother truly had a wonderful recipe! I add peppers, as well as sometimes onions, to my sauerkraut, so people can have a choice to have sauerkraut with or without peppers and/or onions. Kudos to the cook. She did a lovely job! I'm now very hungry!

If you have a chance to visit Busan, I strongly recommend seedhotteok. Although I am not good at English, I hope my meaning will be conveyed to you.
jaemin judges crispy caramel on the outside and chewy fluffy on the inside with peanuts, sugar, or honey as fillings. Mostly sweet but there's a little saltiness to it.
In food safety, you can only use plastic gloves once. Meaning that if you remove it you cannot use it anymore. This stall soo clean for a street food stall
people talking about the oil... this is fast vendor food. what do you expect and it's supposed to be a treat, not an every day meal. why complain when you can tell it's fried by the thumbnail 🙄
Plus you also misunderstand. People seem to think that when deep frying all the oil go into the foods. It doesn't. It's just makes for better heat transfer. Thinking eating like french fries is bad because "all the oil" is madness. Frying isn't exactly the healthiest way of cooking, but that's another matter. Like, just watch. The oil stays where it is. If you've ever fried like an aubergine incorrectly you'll know what happens if the food ACTUALLY absorbs the oil. It's turns inedible so don't worry.. and just turn up the heat next time.

아니 요즘 이런 길거리 음식 영상 많이 뜨는데 볼 때마다 마음이 편안해져..

저도 요리쪽 전공인데 비닐장갑이나 라텍스 장갑 낀다고 다 깨끗한건 아니에요. 저분처럼 다른거 작업할땐 빼고 중간중간 새로 갈아끼는게 더 낫구요. 특히 기름 만질땐 끼면 안되요. 녹을 수도 있고 쉽게 미끄러져요.
1500원이면 가성비 매우좋네요 치즈양도 많이 넣어주고 안에 설탕도 아낌없이 넣어주시니 대박이네여.

I've had it with that brown sugar mixture before. The addition of cheese is new to me.
I thought people will comment that she so clean because changing her glove often but guess im so damn wrong! Its really not easy to please everybody.
