Man, that really is the worst possible ending. Not only does Hornet sacrifice herself for nothing, she becomes the seal on the Black Egg... while inside of it. The key is inside the safe, so to speak.

Looking back, when she reached the part where the Hollow Knight was stabbing himself, it reminded me of what his actual purpose is, to prevent the infection from spreading further, and I felt bad cuz he had to shoulder all of the infection for the sake of the Kingdom of Hallownest. When the Hollow Knight was stabbing himself, he had to go that far to weaken the source or at least attempt to just to give the little Knight a chance. In other words: The Hollow Knight: Bruh I got chu homie **REPEATEDLY STABS HIMSELF WITH NULL INTENT**
Yeah I think the Hollow Knight is still in there somehow, but the infection control is too strong. Thinking about it, his story is really quite tragic...

It makes me tear up every time I hear the orchestra swell when the Hollow Knight roars and gets the first centered name banner, and then even more when the Radiance first shows itself and they take the ENTIRE SCREEN to highlight its name. It's just such an epic score that isn't supplanted by graphics or gameplay. It all just takes a moment to present it and that's what sets this game apart from contemporaries that just try to copy it or Dark Souls.
That Moment, when the HK tries to kill himself, and the Radiance forces him to keep fighting... how can that Moth be so cruel? Also, "Kumodachi" might be the cutest thing I ever heard. I really enjoyed Ina's Playtrough of HK. It made my pick up my own Game again. And now I'm turning mad from the Stupid Idea of trying Path of Pain...

It took me like 2-3 tries to do False Knight my first playthrough But, it legit took me 1 try to defeat Hollow Knight my first playthrough... All thanks to Quick Slash and Fragile Strength
I never had trouble dealing with the Hollow Knight, probably because I 112% the game meaning I have already beaten the Pure Vessel before beating the game through the Radiance ending.

I dont think it does it neccessarily to help the knight... more trying to end its life quicker. Obviously that DOES help the knight in the process

Well, I think she put the spiders in because Spiders deal more damage to the Hollow Knight so she can get into Radiant faster.

Its her build so it really doesnt matter but if you git gud you can beat thk and radiance with shaman stone, MoP, and Strenght. Only 9 slots
