I need help; I was in a front collision- the light was green for me; I saw a vehicle pull out then the light changed & I hit them. I hit the drivers door and injured the other passenger. I checked to see if he was ok; but I forgot to get his info. - I was in shock and forgot to go to the hospital to check on him. I didn’t take pictures. I want to help pay his hospital bills even though I don’t believe I was at fault. There was Fire EmS right there; thankfully & everyone in the emergency services was quick to help in the accident but we were both at fault.
I was in a head on collision, hit n run accident in Dec of 2020. I had Lerner n rowe as my attorney n they only wanted to give me 1600, the insurance paid me only 4000 for my truck but I have not had a vehicle since then cuz what I got for the truck I paid up in my bills. Is there anyway u guys can help me. And I had full coverage insurance
I'm in CA. I have a case it's dragged on for almost 4 years now .jan is mediation date. My attorney never keeps me in the loop! Like he lowered my demand money I initially was asking and he lowered it by%30 and send off the demand to them ! So he says! He never discussed with me or said he is going to ask that amount after we initially were asking much higher dollar amount! He is hiding fact from me ! And now whenever I call to talk to him about my case he never take the time to explain he always speak his mind and tries to convince me that I should be realistic and lower my demand! Even though I checked with other trial lawyers and they all put a much higher dollar amount on the case ! Can I still fire him since we are waiting for mediation in 2 months roughly?and hire a new lawyer?this is a UI claim of 1 mil limit! If you know an attorney in L.A. area that you think might work for me pls refer!
Aghhh your interesting 🤔 if you take the time to know your self from time to time study your anatomy and apply the truth to your lawyer your facts end up being highlights for familiarity that the world already knows you get paid based on the money you have !!! If that makes since . For instance your brain use to think ...how to boil water to how to build boing jets the value is exactly that difference
