Wow, your inspiration is similar to mine. But i never touched the physical card game, it all started with forbidden memory, then the GBA games and my favorite, the GX games for PSP. Since the PSP i am addicted to water decks (and a bit of the chaos engine too lol). Of course i played Umi in the event, but i got some Cyber Stein that i pulled from the legacy pack, and planet warrior 😅, but the dragon that negates flip Monsters and the five head White Dragon comes in handy too, made and OTK with it in the event actually! Also maiden of aqua is pretty good.
Hi Deepsea Darew, off topic, but with Tearlament secret pack arriving in Master Duel, and the fact that the two archetypes look awesome together, i might want to picl your Tearjades decklist of a month ago. As of now, the list should remain the same, or are you planning on doing some changes?
I may update the deck in the future. You can consider adding Destrudo to the deck. It gives you another way to Synchro from the hand or GY, also since we're in a snake-eyes GY entric meta, add Mudora and Keldo. Another new strategy is to synchro into a Lvl 7 or 8 Dragon with Revolution Synchro. This allows you to use Ancient Fairy Dragon to destroy the Snake-Eyes Field spell, and search for your own Tear Field spell, or synchro into Shooting Riser Dragon to send any monster to the GY.
Oh, the nostalgia 🥰 (Also one small correction: The enemy in the replay seems to be using the third loaner deck and probably didnt craft that burial ^^')
Idea for OTK. Special summon one "amphibious bugroth MK-3" then use "inferno reckless summon" to bring two more of them either from deck, GY or hand and then use "limiter removal" while you have the "a legendary ocean" on the field, this does 2 x (1500+200) x 3 = 10200 damage.

Umi control is the only deck ever that once was optimally played as burn, then became stun 20 years later 😂
