The absolute greatest moment of all time for me was that very first touchdown from David Carr to Billy Miller against the POS Cowboys. I still remember it like it was yesterday. The entire city of Houston was electric with anticipation and appreciation that we have NFL football back in H-Town, and Reliant Stadium (name of the stadium at the time) exploded with joy when Billy stretched that ball out and reached over the goal line for our very first 6 points. I still get choked up when I watch replays. I remember calling my dad and asking him if he saw that play. We both yelled and cheered for our Texans. Foster's 231 yards rushing and 3TD's against the Colts on opening day has to be on your list. Also, Andre Davis two kick off returns for TD's in the same game Dangit. Both my comments were on your list.
