1. No one starts with Queen'pawn, people generally tend to begin with king's pawn to open way for both queen and bishop.
2. A same player would not take your sacrifice without considering next 2-3 moves.
So the conclusion is that it can work with someone below 900 ELO, otherwise be prepared to start with a hefty disadvantage
