Dude, I started watching this build just a couple weeks ago because I'm resurrecting my old 2003 DRZ110 that hasn't been started since 2006. It's already been a job but your vids definitely helped me.
I been running the Dnm 250# spring. I average around 210 for weight give or take. So it’s great for the trails. I’d do the 300 spring if you are jumping alot or weight more. I’d stay away from the 350# spring.
Yo I see you moved your intake over to the right side, you might be onto something with this cause now you could run an oil cooler kit with the intake when you eventually build this one to a 143 too😂 better than bbr lol!
We were having issues with our new front ufo fender fitting with the intake. So we moved the intake. Only to find out we got a new ufo fender for the klx110l also and it also interfered with the bbr intake. Heating the back of the front fender and bending it in is key. But yes I love the intake now how it tucks up. Unfortunately only on the older klx110s this will work.
I’ll check a couple sites. Get back to you my the morning. Make sure it’s L shock and 250lb for the rear. Unless your a rhino jumping 60ft table tops the 350lb is to stiff. Lol
Where ya from man I have a 05 klx 110 with a kx 65 front fork the 143 kit with some other stuff actually just got it like 6 months ago paid 1850 for it kid needed the money after I seen all the parts that were on it I couldn't pass it up tho I wanted a bigger bike but pit bikes are fun as hell but I'd like to put a different swing arm on it bigger rear tire then get disc brakes and the clutch so it's not semi auto. It looks like whoever had it before the guy I got it from kept the old rear axle n swing arm n all that and threw the old one back on when he sold it cause it was a race pit bike I guess it won a bunch of indoor track races at least that's what the guy told me. But man it literally sounds like a 2 stroke when it's just running but when you get on it it has the exhaust sound like a 250 but I'm still not sure if I want to fix it up and keep it or sell it and get something bigger it's fun but I'm a speed guy around 50 mph just doesn't cut it lol tho it is fast and I can take it on the road is like to be able to go like double that.and I really miss my yz250 f. Anyways I'm from west Virginia if anyone lives close and has a bike lemme know
You ever do any of the hayfield and McCoy trails out by you? Definitely on my list for sure. Yea I like my big toys too but these pitbikes are so much fun.
What size tire are you running?

What rear shock is this? Been watching the videos on these Kawasaki since I plan to get one in about a week.

@@FullSpeedImpulse why will it only work on older klx? They change the deisgn of the tank?
@@Rust-eze999 Yea. There’s not enough room between the fender on the newer style ones.
and all that....
😂 you’ll have that
Hey man I have a 2007 KLX and want to do this swap. Does a stock L rear shock from 2010+ fit on a 2007?
I wouldn’t see why not. Should fit perfectly.
@@FullSpeedImpulse thank you so much for the fast reply dude! I’m going to do this build once TB Parts has the forks back in stock 😂
I would honestly go buy a dnm shock for the rear if you got the coin to spend. The are a pretty good budget shock.
@@FullSpeedImpulse good deal! I’ll buy one of those then. You have any leads on some L forks? I can’t seem to find any other than OEM
