First off this is a manually controlled door lock. So you are doing the stopping. Automatic one touch type of thing then yeah.
This is also made with a RC car controller. And the vast majority of them have resistance failsafes. Meaning if the cars hits a wall or the tires get jammed up it cuts the power off.
