When you fell in the water... my husband got startled when I yelled "NOOOOO!!!" I felt like I was watching a friend. Much love to you and the squad.
I also screamed nooooooo and my husband was in the bathroom like "what did you do now?!"
So Luke fell? It hasn't aired here in the Ststes yet. DAMN! I really wanted him to win!

Congrats on your runs, you did amazing! :) Gymnast really do have a lot of advantages, but what's probably more difficult for them - compared to climbers/boulderers - is the obstacles that require a lot of finger or grip strength. There usually are quite a few of these (at least in Ninja Warrior Germany, I guess in UK too) in the final stages.

Luke I have an education question. You seem you have a good physical education/ person trainer background, do you have some kinda kinesiology degree/education schooling?
All three of your guys should do a 1 year training challenge for this next year! Work on the grip strength and endurance and all go head to head in the finals!

I watched it when it was on TV with my mum. Took me a second to clock who you actually were bc brain fog and whatnot. I paused it on Ash, Jay and Nile in the audience and explained to my mum who u all were and what you did. I stood up and shouted at the TV when you fell. So close, yet so far. I’d love to see you complete it
