He thinks you can’t get a salvage one for 100k lol Anything modified is never worth the same as bone stock That’s what collectors want Enthusiasts like the power mods he made to it yes, guess we’ll see what happens
Nobody normal needs their hands on 1000+ horsepower. And still a capable chassis. Its handling is still advanced. At the end of the day it’s a Supra that’s been jacked passed super cars in horsepower
@@criticalevent Exactly. People love the 2JZ bc it CAN, make big power. But they don't realize those numbers are with insane aftermarket parts that need to be replaced so often you might as well do them with every oil change.
How stupid do the prices need to get before someone comes along and does a "recreation"? Lets be honest it was designed to be mass produced and uses a lot of standard Supra parts from the era so its really not a hard car to reproduce.
In today's episode, Mr Spaghetti reveals that after 20 years of slow cooking his Supra meatball in the back of the kitchen, he is finally ready to serve this perfect 1,000hp dish to the highest paying customer!
seriously, with all these b58/s58 bmw cars out there, why would anyone bother with a 2jz? want 800-1000hp easily? m240i, m340i, m2, m3, 540i... and those cars already come with an amazing 8 speed gearbox that can handle the power. (or a manual, if you like turbo lag)
Today Rob Spaghetti tells us he sent his spicy meatball order back to the kitchen, but left for a different ristorante when they messed up the order a second time.
It’s cool but way over hyped. No way should that come close to 6 figures. All the hype of them is what turned me off to them. Mind you I old so I remember them on the streets. Early 2000s I could have had a pretty mint one for 16k. Problem was it was an auto and I couldn’t get over it. So I bought a typhoon for 12k. See what they are worth now. Crazy. Have an 88 t top foxbody too.
$200,000 for that thing, you have to be on drugs. My father had a Supra Turbo new back in the day and I still wouldn’t pay MSRP today. We had an NSX also and a lot of those other cars and the 500E and 850 CSI and Z8 are the only ones I would buy again today. We had the red Supra Turbo also which looked much better than that basic black.
Gutted I sold my MKIV, but hey… it was boring as hell stock… mine was running 510bhp twin turbo and it was a different car once modified. Sold it for £19k back in the U.K. in 2016. TT6 as well.
The Supra was the first car I saw you with on the first video of yours that I watched. I had no idea until then that dialled up Supras were a thing. I hope she brings all the money for you. An early Happy the New Year, Rob and continued success into 2025. Greetings from Prague, CZ
1998 USDM is the lowest production year and most sought after model by collectors. I personally think his valuation for this particular 98 is a little high in the current market but I hope he is happy with whatever he gets and will be able to enjoy his 95 without worrying about the potential of a huge loss every time he takes it out.
Selling it is dumb if you don’t need the money and can afford to hold onto it keep it price on LHD supras get higher every single year. You needed someone like Jimmy Oakes to help you not Tommy scam yeah
Love the channel but damn this thing has been for sale for 12 years.
Mr Spagetti has aged its sale for 12 years, like a fine italian wine.
And running for like 2
Well aged spaghetti

Absolutely mental illness to pay 200k for a rebuilt Supra, take the money and run.

@@midnight_.v When I hear 1000 hp Supra I hear 2JZ on it's 3rd rebuild that's about to need a 4th.
Yes, pre COVID, a pristine Supra Turbo could be had for 45k to 80k (depending on mileage). Mentally ill people with money are in abundance.

Mr spaghetti to the Bank: I can put as collateral my supra thats 200k worth. Nobody would buy that thing for 200k IRL
Today Mr Spaghetti arranges the sale of his rare pasta
Waaaattt
I always wondered if Dahm was going to finish his 4 rotor before you sold this.
Og 😂
2028 my supra sold for 900k should have kept it video
Exactly what I thought
Seriously though!
I think toyota destoyed the supra name with the new BMW edition.
Only took you 5 years to build the motor and get the car going 😂 East coast shops moving like snails 🐌
There is no way in 2025. You are NOT selling that heap for 200 grand any time soon. Sorry

Oh good another video about the “no sale Supra” 🙄
So much torque, the chassis twisted coming off the line

Love to see you get north of 95k
It's somebody's dream car. They'll pay anything for a nice taken care of specimen. All because of that one movie, imo.
I just have never seen the attraction to this model year of Supra. If it were gifted to me, I’d sell it immediately, the same day

@ the 2nd and 3rd generations ( before this version) looked way better, just very cool.
It looks cool, the thing is that heavily modding any car will never make it worth what you paid for it.
Get a ride or behind the wheel of one you’ll understand , even a stock TT 6spd
I have a RHD Supra for 1/4 the price of Rob's. Stock 2JZ-GTE Twin turbo/AT with 61,000 miles. It's in central Canada.
I love Supras and have owned many, but jeez 200k.

Its not that special dude..
Happy to see it back up and running 💪

Rob you may have a low mile 1998 Supra turbo, but modding it to 1000hp absolutely kills the value.
The 1995 is what's modded to 1000hp not this one he is selling
@@Mcstikmanyep,😉 listening is a skill, undeveloped in most.....
I enjoy Mr. Spaghetti’s Channel, long time Subscriber. Never change Rob.
Cap
Just don't crash it now, Rob
Hope you had a Merry Christmas Rob.
waited too long.
Super speeders Rob will be back in the next video
Rob be careful with those crazy numbers.... don't do a paul walker exit...😐
It wasn't the power that got him. But the tires.
@@yungkidnf actually i think it was the tree tbh
@yungkidnf if he had the same tires on a 100 hp car... nothing would have happened to them....
Suggesting a s550 mach one with a whipple, and tremec 6 speed. Really good deal for what you get. 9.90 car you can get parts for any day.
what happened to banging gears rob?
Buy a r34 with the money
It is time! The car starts to be come art. I think it is overpriced, but hey collectors will love it
There are mint turbo supras selling on BaT in the 60's
Look up JDMDRE he sells supras for market price not crazy prices

Also, JDMDRE seems to have an awesome business. I've been following him for a while now and he seems like a stand up dude.
Hurting for money that you finally sold this?
Rob I think you missed the fast and furious reference with the MSRP comment lmao
Noooooo you definitely should have kept that one.
Imagine taking that old Toyota over a McLaren 600LT or 720s.. 💀🤣
Have we reached peak Supra?
Slow down
Pretty crazy if that show doesn't see the light of day because they paid a bunch to make it.
So on average, you've driven it 1 mile for each year of its life.. nice
for that price take the money and RUN, let it be their own problem.
That Gallardo's paint is hot 😅
OG youtuber!! . cmon rob, drive those cars around, make some content!
See you guys in 2 years…
NOOOOO
Where the hurricane Evo at mannn
Better not sell that Supra, unless you buy another ford GT to get spaghetti with
You should have sent that supra to real street racing in Florida they are the best in the world.
200k rofl, at some point these cars will start to loose their value.
Where Roger Marquez's Supra?
Everytime I see this car I think to myself super speeders rob but I'm sure it was around 800bhp back then
today mr spaghett liquidates some of his pasta
$14k to build a 2JZ....f**k that I'll build it myself or just buy a stock bottom end.
Guy is the king of wasting money. I follow lower car ppl who use a junk yard 2jz and don’t lock it up in a day.
Next episode: ‘I was scammed out of my 98 Supra’.
If the supra goes, then so does my subscription to this channel
wait till you see the price of the nissan gtr nismos r34s
Who's buying thousand dollar pennies...
Rob,i wonder if your kid buy a supra in the collector car market in 2050.
Why didn't you buy Roger's Supra (does he still have it and do you guys still talk?)
