Most of the vegetables that you mention not found in India are actually not found in western and northern India but are easily available in east, northeast and south India. Actually west and north India is dry and arid so very few vegetables and fruits naturally grow there, but east, northeast and south India is humid, moist and green. Different varieties of vegetables and fruits are part of the diet here.

You may check if eggs are bad or not eg. by dipping in a glass of water, if bad it rises to surface .Bad eggs if consumed can cause havoc on digestive system. Odins cooking skills are superb.

Old kadhai Fekne ki jarurat nahi, use vinegar, baking soda and washing powder add and mix to form paste and apply on bottom of kadhai outside. Keep it for 30 min and then scrub with metallic scruber, kadhai ekdum new ban jayegi

First of all love your content and thank you so much for showing the unique cuisine and the cities and villages and everything...We have bittercress and water spinach here in West Bengal,India.we call it hinche,sushni(the bitter cress) and kolmi(the water spinach).Yes both of them are very tasty and very good for our health. Water spinach is very common here as it can grow anywhere near the water ,we have it in our backyard.
There is very availability of water spinach in west bengal, and it's called "kolmi saak" here..we cooked it with a tarka of sukhi mirch, little amount of chopped garlic and kalonji ... your husband cooks like a pro..
