I ordered an identical machine to this. Build quality not too bad but it doesn't work correctly. the motor spins backwards, the control pad locks up and the machine isn't accepting programming specifications. A piece of garbage. Sending it back and maybe trying again? Maybe the next one will work. A real shame there is nothing between this super cheap garbage and a $3000 strip cutter.
