That lodge looked amazing, same with the scenery too. Too bad about the vis, I'm sure you guys would have had a better time of you were there a month or so earlier.
Are you leaving the fish on your shooting line as an attractant? Has it worked for you? We just had fresh fish tacos for xmas eve dinner last night - yum.
@@rogerbailey188 mainly laziness and quicker reload but I heard that for some people it worked as attractant. Has to be a fish that eats other fish though, like Lingcod. I don’t think it would work that good for greenling or rockfish. What really helps attracting those is gutting the fish in the water! Happy holidays and nice choice for Christmas Dinner 🎄
Awesome.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice vid! Those fins are beautiful! Here in SA, I think I'd be a bit worried something would want a bite of that octopus 😅
I am a bit worried for sure! Guess I‘ll find out at my next sea lion encounter haha 😆
Tough conditions make tough divers! Obviously things could have been better but I loved the trip and wouldn't change a thing!
Cheers to that!

It's all about the timing sometimes. Next time hopefully with better luck ;)
