How beautifully you've explained I wish you were my trainer at the academy, unfortunately the instructor/teacher I had was egoistic and narcissist he'd call us names and literally bully us sometimes and on the last day where he was responsible to explain how to pass the IG 1 exam and how to plan our answers he literally left the class 3 hours early and didn't even tell us. That's why I was so depressed and worried about my mock test which is tomorrow I'm not quite sure if I'll be able to pass it. But I definitely have huge respect for you dear ma'am that you've uploaded this gem on TH-cam for students like us.

just now my nebosh result arrived and i have passed it Alhumdulilah by the grace of Allah Almighty and also by your informative videos thanks a lot for your guidance and do u remember u have asked me that let me know when your result arrives so therefore I'm letting you know that juat now my result came i gained 48 marks which are not very good but in first attempt i got 25 only so its batter achievement for me once again thanks for your support 🙏

Actually for most of the nonnative students, language is the most important barrier, that's why our people first struggle to improve their English and then they will be able to write in their own words otherwise no one can pass. So honestly speaking language is the most crucial barrier to the students who are not native.... Thanks..

Hello. It’s not necessary to give the pre-amble. Just go straight to your answers. But it depends on what the question is asking. If it’s asking to comment on the company’s morals, using info from the scenario then you might use what was expected and how they met it or fell short of it. I hope this helps. I'm sorry but I don't offer on-line classes. I would suggest you ask your learning provider to see what they offer. I know that RRC and Astutis ( both very reputable companies) offer diploma on line.

Keeping employees happy means that they stay in work and can earn to support their families. It also shows that the compnay cares about them and their welfare and happy employees are loyal. There is often a crossover between moral and finanancial and its finding the reasons why it would be "moral" or "financial" depending on the way the question is worded. And the same with legal and financial. The reasons crossover between them.
Yes, you can write in paragraphs but I would suggest that you write short paragraphs for each point. Sepearate out the points as it makes it easier for the examiner to award the marks.
Still on that... Don't you think that you have given lots of points on that rather they could have been 5 and explain them better... Because it'd seem that even just writing your points down won't be need to break them?!

Hi Calistus. Some of the points cross over between all 3 reasons for managing H&S>. The stopping of claims being a moral argument is this. If an injured person claims against a company, here in the UK it is a legal requiremrnt for the company to have insurance to cover this. Around 70% of the world's working population does not have access to this as its not a legal requirement to have insurance. Therefore, it would mean that the injured person wouldnt get any compensation and thats not morally acceptable. Another reason is that if the company has to pay the compensation out of their own profits, then they might need to make other employees redundant ( lose their jobs) so that they can afford to pay the compensation.
