How To Fix Instagram Camera Effects / Filters Not Working

Instagram camera effects and filters allow you to adjust the look and feel of your video or photo before posting to Instagram. However, sometimes the camera effects are not showing properly or not working. This is the same for filters. In this video, I'll walk you through a common set of steps to get Instagram working again and make sure everything is up to date. Keep in mind you should be able to search for the exact filter you want or browse through the filter list. If you find that some of your filters are not loading, a good thing to check is if your internet connection is fast enough to download and load the filters.

Certain filters had the slider on the right side to adjust the strength of the filter...and I noticed its gone...it was such a fool feature...im.not sure if it's some glitch cause its literally with all filters that had that option..its just gone...anybody else noticed?
Its not a matter of my app not being updated...and also I just bought a new phone...thought for a second that option wasn't loading for me cause my old phones memory is almost full but no...brand new phone and still doesn't have that slider option anymore...😫😫😫 any of u guys know what I'm talking about???

All this is literally pointless.. all you have to do is go to settings on Instagram scroll down to privacy, and scroll all the way down to face & hand effects and turn it on.. problem solved..make sure phone is updated if you need to
