I always hug myself when sad as is sign language for love. X. When first started talking to myself about it, the next thing I knew it was everywhere and seem children it seemed the world over all doing it. Am really confused but made me happy to see even if everyone in my circle of real people always tell me these things aren't real. They are real. Really no way to not be at this point so not sure why so many deny it and seem to want to force me into a box or to lock me in one. Also play songs and stuff so people know I see them but Noone wants to ever be real so know they hear me too which is a bummer

Id recommend listening to guided meditation for self acceptance. Also listen to Alan Watts about the importance of finding wholeness while being alone. I'm sorry for what your going through, but remember everything that your feeling is all in your head, you don't have to feel this way if you don't want to. Write down on paper or email all the feelings your feeling, get it out of your head and into paper/email. That way it's no longer only inside you, but outside, read what you wrote and close your eyes and reflect for 30 minutes in a quiet place. I hope you feel better, I'm also suffering from a different loss so I wanted to help
You have to feel this for now. Don’t try to rush past it. Do the hi 5. But also remember your husband and allow yourself to feel the grief, and whatever fear is underneath that, and whatever other emotions come up. The emotions will pass, and you’ll still have the Hi 5. You’ll reclaim your own life, and your own purpose. You will be happy again. You will love again.

Grieving has no timeline. Allow yourself 5min for it…. Then 5,4,3,2,1 get up and move….. until the next time you need to allow yourself to be sad.
