Hamare Hyderabad mei from 2005, Emergency mei 108 dial karte hi it will connect Ambulance, police and Fire extinguisher. It's a great initiative by the government which has wide spread across Telangana/ Andhra and other states later. Many peoples lives have been saved by this.
I thought 108 is all over India. Last month, I had an emergency in my family. I called 108 and they came in 5 minutes. The paramedic was also very professional and saved my family member's life by his swift decisions. Within 30 minutes, since I made the call, we were in the hospital. I, personally, was very satisfied with their service.

i think this was a totall marketing pitch but its great it will inturn spread awareness and give he exposure so they can save more lives but the other start ups come with already raised nd funded roundsat very hi evalution and just come here to do marketing for free
The best counter offer imo would have been 50 lakhs each for 1 percent each and get all the four sharks onboard.
Sometimes too many people is also not good for you. It simply creates chaos. There would be conflict of interests, opinions. Its better to keep it to the minimum. And as an entrepreneur you will simply confuse yourself with too much of ideas, opinions etc
More sharks, same valuation, less equity dilution, bestest deal ever...Amit should've gone for 1cr 1% he knew he was trying to take a bigger bite for cheaper price, business will grow exponentially after further dilution and if Amit had gotten this offer he would've been the most profitable shark from this deal alone, but others are sharks as well..even the pitchers were no less than sharks🎉😮

Here, i think these entrepreneurs made huge mistake, they shouldn't have take any offer of Shark Tank, as there marketing part has done.
Just because if there direct competition is raising fund at $100M(around 800Cr.)
valuation at the same revenue and profitability, then why they have choose to accept the offer of these greedy Sharks(specially Aman and Namita, through out the pitch they are just like that how asap we can grab this profitable bootstrapped startup) at 100Cr. valuation.
Even through out the pitch Anupam have tried his best to make them understand this point.
As they can expect an early exit 😉

With 3 ppl splitting 2% shares idk upto what extent they'll help. They just tell them their stake is too low to offer help and increase stake or book profits and leave.
Anyhow their brands would have been already got a huge marketing speed since they have visited shark tank and they wouldn't require much effort to expand.
