16:27 I disagree. It's only reasonable if the price tracks with third party off strip restaurants. Tacos El Gordo are beating them on price. I miss the old days when casinos kept their prices on par with non-casino venues. You know...free market instead of an oligopoly. Where everything was in competition for your business instead of collusion to gouge their customers. Customer oriented.
Las Vegas isn't gated Disneyland. The strip casinos are in competition with off strip venues. Not just in Las Vegas, but also my local tribal casinos. Why should I make the trip just to be gouged. I live in the USA southwest. I have plenty of tacos to choose from having nothing to do with Vegas.
hi buddy. the negative reviews are from people that didnt have a players card or just didnt try to get a good rate. i just got an awesome two night rate!! i cant wait to stay there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! resortsworld and cosmo took a couple years to catch on so will fountain!!!! it will be a big player soon. venitian has lost its luster so has palazzo. fountain will be taking over!!! cheers my friend
i hope you are right. I would love to see it succeed.
Same, great comps! I'm an MGM loyalist but FB is my sneaky link 😅
I've never seen this place crowded. The fact is, a lot of people permanently changed their lifestyle in the past few years. That said the decor is visually stunning and I love what they've done with the architecture inside.
I was there two weeks ago and it was packed. Just depends on the day!
My wife and I stayed there last week. The place was dead on Thursday and Friday, but picked up on Saturday night. The hotel is beautiful but the options in the food court are sorely lacking. A carne asada taco was $8.00 and the food options are extremely limited and very expensive. They gave us a $100 food and beverage credit, but what they don't tell you is that the prices listed on the menus are without tax, so you wind up having to pay it, since it's not included in the credit. Very sneaky in my opinion. The other sit-down restaurants like the steakhouse and Japaneses restaurant are super expensive too. I won't be staying there again. I have a feeling it's going to be a white elephant.
Almost nobody in the United States includes sales tax in their menu prices. What a weird thing to get upset with them about.
@@alexcassidy6658 comps and credits are supposed to cover the tax.
Love your walking tours! Keep them coming!
Thank you! Will do!
Glad you can walk to Sahara now.
Went to the one on Miami Beach and have reservations for this one soon. Looks just as stunning. Thanks for the video.
Great work. Nice property.
Thank you!
Was in town at Resorts World, should have walked down. They need free parking. Correction: Self-parking is included in the resort fee for hotel guests for the duration of their stay and all guests receive up to four hours of complimentary self-parking.
Self-parking will be $20 for over four hours and up to 24 hours.
NOT a fan of Fontainebleau ☹️
They also have to lower rooms rates to at least Resorts World prices.
It's like gambling in an airport terminal.
😂 the one good thing about fontaine bleau…you can walk to Sahara - pretty much sums up what everyone thinks of that place.
I don’t see this place lasting 2 years
It will be fine. They are winning people over 😊
9:00pm? That place is absolutely doomed. I hope it will be open when I come in 6 mos.
they have plenty of money to keep losing for years. i think it will pick up.
Fontainebleau gonna have payroll issues if foot traffic like this is the norm.
true
Maybe the casino is lacking but not the nightclub or dayclub.
That's odd. There were big lines at the competition down the street that have buffets.
People do like buffets it’s a family thing you have to have stuff for families too
some buffets still make it work, but more have closed in the last five years than any five year period in history of Vegas. the ones that are still open will probably still be open 10 yrs from now.
so beautiful!
It really is!
One of best casinos on the strip. Great video, thank you for your time.
thanks for watching.
Place does not look like it has much action, the atmosphere and the blue colors makes it look boring compared to other casinos..
noted, it is not for everyone.
Great slot machine detail on the video.
i have learned over the last year, people really like slots. i do not play slots but i love the sounds and the colors.
Very good. Thank you
Welcome
Won't last long
This place is greedy and treats their guests like commodities to be milked hard. Slots are reported extremely tight. VP poker pay tables are horrendous. Limits are high. Gaming rules suck. Hopefully, FontaineBlue or whatever it’s called goes bankrupt soon and the old value version of Vegas returns one day.
Hey "there's no atmosphere and no history in this joint"player's want entertainment and action on the table's this place is boring! Caesars palace is the place everyone knows to come out and play!!!! Every 🌃🌉🌉🌃
stay tuned, this week i will show you this place is going to make it big.
