@@boygonewhoopdataZZ yeah ive also noticed he was always too comfortable getting taken down and being on bottom for his entire career, probably because one of his first fights on tuf he gets taken down then immediately kos the guy with an upwards heel kick, plus he used to be good at stuff like a triangle and his elbows were still nasty from bottom and like you said it eventually stopped working and backfired on him (ive noticed oliveira seems to have that problem a little too but not nearly as bad as tony)

Literally delusional. I don’t think Tony was ever that great to begin with. He lost in his prime to Michael Johnson, was getting swatted around the octagon by Lando Vanatta, was mounted and absolutely destroyed in the first round by Kevin Lee (who had a staff infection) and was getting wrecked by Pettis. I believe Tony was able to use his durability and athleticism to win a lot of fights and now he doesn’t have those qualities. Technically, he was never good.

I'll be 41 years old in October, and believe me when I tell you that at 40, the body doesn't want to listen anymore. The movement, speed, and flexibility.....nah. The body breaks down. The mind is like, 😠"LET'S GET IT!!!", but the body is like, 😒"Gimme a sec." It is what it is.🤷‍♂️

I think the UFC (and other organizations) need to save Tony from himself. End his career for him. He is becoming a huge liability for anyone, and for himself. He’s giving Diego Sanchez’ vibes: Delusional, narcissistic, conveniently-confusing.

14:45 I completely agree any true tony fan should respect him enough to NOT support him if he continues to fight. Tony is Legend who has had to deal with some f*cked up situation in the UFC. The Fans LOVE YOU , and retiring won’t change that. But if you support him continuing to fight your not a fan, your an enabler.

The way he was talking post-fight was pure insanity, and not in a fun, young Tony kinda way. Completely unable to process the state of his reality as a fighter. You would think a 40 year old guy on an 8 fight losing streak would have few words, outside of a retirement speech. He’s talkin shit and planning for the next one like he’s in his 20’s and he just suffered his first loss.
