Heerah Youvraj​ It's purely a case of accident due to a generator (for the time-being as the case is not yet closed) which caused the death of 4 persons and 6 are still in a serious state. Anyway there is no information on what kind of prayer they were doing inside and for one thing, that place is not a meditation center. See at the start of the video, the Chinnahmasta sthan panel, that is self-explanatory.

Well from I know Goddess Maa Kali is prayed similarly as for other Gods. It is humans who diverged from the real purpose of prayer in which meditation does form an active part. Anyway, the police inquiry will give more appropriate indications on what had happened.
