My favorite part about this story arc is the conversation Calvin has with Hobbes about moving the car. With Hobbes being an extension of Calvin's imagination, it's basically a prime example of the ID vs the Super Ego and coming to an agreement to make the Ego. Beautiful.
I love these comics I remember when I was 6 years old, my Dad gave me the books and I fell in love with them, I’m 15 now and still love them! And when I have kids of my own I am going to pass down the books to them. It truly is the greatest comic strip of ALL TIME!!!!
I remember watching these in 2020, when I was FASCINATED with C&H. And this inspired to make "episodes" in Stop Motion Studio, and I might upload them to my shared account with my friend.
hey man, I know you don't really upload anymore, and you lost a lot of subs in the past years, but I just want to let you know that your work was awesome, I know you didn't make the comics, but I used to love watching this videos. So thank you, im actually gonna go watch every single one, I haven't in a couple years. thank you
I stiil laugh when I read these But the funnest that I can think of is the two that come after whan he flushed his babysitters notes first he locked her out of the house then he dressed up as stupendous man and attacked her Theres also that time when he went back in time and went to Mars those were pretty good and leave me laughing when ever I think of it lol
This comic’s plot seems a little similar when Calvin accidentally broke his father’s binoculars. Bill Watterson said “You die a thousand deaths before you get in trouble.”
this takes me back: we were coming home from a vacation, another car was going the same way, until the car crashed into the back of our van. But the people that accidentally rear-ended us were actually really nice. It was a man and his wife and they apologized what they did and we understood they did was an accident.
This is a perfect example of someone ruining a perfectly good experience, The captions never appeared where there were readable, what the hell did you think when you did this' Not much'
Paige Litkenhous, At least the ditch cushioned it’s crash, since mom said there wasn’t any bad damage. And I know for SURE that back then (and today) that cars cost a ton more than $75!
I like your voice for Calvin, but Hobbes sounds too much like Patrick Star, which makes him sound unintelligent. I've never viewed Hobbes as unintelligent.
Hobbes is immortal, which means he is much older than the rest of the cast. It makes sense that he's not unintelligent, he is full of the supreme knowledge of the universe.

Calvin and Hobbes has to be the best comic strip of all time.
Agreed lol
Pogo and Li'l Abner are standing shoulder to shoulder with C & H.

Highlighting the art, ignoring the dialogue...nice point-of-view. I like it.
Good Show.

Can you do a calvin and hobbes story about calvin locking Roslin out of the house.

There was one where Calvin kidnapped Suzie's doll. I'd like to hear that one dubbed.
