  • I show how to set this camera up in its menu system for shooting a cinematic image. I set up ISO, f-stop, shutter angle, shutter speed, V-log, Color temperature, peaking, light meter, format, resolution, 422 MOV 10-bit color encoding, true 4K resolution, etc.

This is amazing!!! I haven't used this camera yet, and did not expect the additional explanations but I'm glad you did. This video is a great tutorial for understanding how to shoot with proper settings for any camera. I really needed this. Thank you so much!

Hi, in my GH5S menu i don't have access to the C4K ALL-I 400M 24p, the best setting i personnaly have is C4K 10bit 150M 25p, why is that ? Thank you so far.

Neutrinos lord......Yes my friend this is because you need to go to the system frequency setting....chinfats video is great but he hasnt mentiones hes using ntsc frequency as in the states (i presume) .....so go to your main menu.....fourth symbol down is the spanner icon (without the c symbol) then scroll to system frequency you should see 3 options...59.94Hz (ntsc).....50.00Hz (Pal).....and 24.00Hz (cinema) ....you will see these on the GH5s ..(dont own a GH5 but think it has the same) ......this is infact a crucial crucial setting to choose as you will see more quailty film modes within the NTSC system frequency......Pal shows less options in the quality settings.....I hope this helps....it is a critical setting that opens up other menus....and is overlooked......essentially different countries use different system frequencues...america is ntsc and most europe is pal...(for tv).....if you only shoot for internet production you can use both ....

Did you work it out? On page 3/5 with the wrench you get more options when you change the System Frequency
