He was not disbarred today. He was RECOMMENDED for disbarment and suspended until the final decision is made by the California Supreme Court.

The question I have is "Why has it taken so long for these Bar Associations to act on such things?"
When there are clear case of lawyers acting to subvert fair elections under the premise of having a Presidential candidate retain power illegally, why does it take so long for them to do anything?

Any time a bar complaint is initiated, the respondent can resort to legal process to attempt to have the complaint dismissed, or the hearings delayed, etc. This takes time. Even before any complaint can be issued, there first must be an investigation by the bar association general counsel, and that takes a good while as well.

As a nurse I could have lost my license if there was reason but if my mistake killed someone I'd go to jail. 2 different punishments. Fortunately neither happened to me .
