Seeing how DA Bragg has not put forth a formal charge the Jury is trying to figure out what are we trying to figure out here.

After 43 years, I’ve come to the conclusion reading a jury has to be done individually. If the entire jury is acting the same way, it typically is a very bad sign for the defendant. It’s when one or two have different behavior it’s a hung jury. So if she is saying they’re all acting the same and hard to read, I’d venture to guess we’re going to see a guilty verdict.

Michael Cohen needs to be direct with the jury. Nothing wrong with wanting to be the chief of staff, Trump made him believe that he will. After all he was his boy. Like anyone else, he was disappointed, but it didn't mean his life. Not stating the right numberr on his personal income taxes shouldn't let a criminal free...

The lawyer on NPR said word is spreading in lawyer chat rooms that they doubt the jury will even deliberate because of the weak case against Trump. Hope it's not true.

I've been in the courtroom every day. The case doesn't look good. Stormy & Cohen are both disasters in different ways. What we really need is a good candidate to go head to head with Trump because this whole case will only make Trump even more popular. It looks like some kind of political persecution rather than a strong criminal case. I know a lot of people don't want to hear it, but that's the way it is coming across. The DA has never really DEFINED what the crime is, let alone prove it. From a legal (not emotional standpoint) even IF the jury convicts Trump which I highly doubt, the Appellate Court will surely overturn it. The defense team has made Stormy look like a complete Liar & Cohen look like he made the payoff with his won money and then submitted a bill for legal fee (reimbursement).
