for me personally, as irel main too, i would swapped triforce to divine sunderer for baron lane
for main rune, sometimes i go for empowerment, for sub-rune sometimes if i want supper duper tankyness, i go for resolve runes and giant slayer
it lacks demage but can survive for long fights
maybe you could give it a try, overall you have great builds, keep up the good works 👍👍🔥

These sort of combos are amazing and pretty clean too, but how do u play the garen matchup I always seem to get counterpicked by him
In this matchup you have to be patient and punish for mistakes, go full combo after garen waste his E spin also avoid his Q early if i played against him I'm gonna share it budd!

Also I do see in the early game U use your stun after you dash to a minion, I believe that to be kinda predictable after a while. I do see professional players use their stun1 then dash to a minion then dash2 on the enemy as it is quite disorienting. Soo perhaps this could help you somehow?
That's right they do but in wr is a bit hard to do that, bcus the minions wave in pc not the same as the mobile version there is only one caster minion in wr, which is the most squishy one that u can get you q rest on, easily even if he is full hp, in the pc u have 3 caster minions in the end of the wave wich is super good for irelia to outply so easy and u can hide you first e in the first minion then dash to the next minion and press the second e while dashing to cancel it's animation to stun the enemy, it could never be predicted and in the same time hard to do in wr! Sorry for the essay xD
