I stopped pushing ranked bc its kinda pointless. I used to think it was about getting higher so I can play with better teammates XD. The matchmaking will actively put worse players on your team the better you do. So I just play casual matches to learn different champs.
A phase rush enjoyer I see. Tbh I play both and I would say pick one that matches your play style. Darius tends to struggle with short trades, so phase rush will help him out. It really depends on the matchup.

It is useless to buy Antiheal against Garen because his passive healing in lane activates always after Antiheal is already gone
