Maybe your hair is contributing to your breakouts? We have a tendency to pull out the front bits all the time, but just think of how much bacteria is on them when they're constantly rubbing against your face, makeup, sweat from working out, etc.
Yes! If I cut my layers too short and they hit my chin area I’ll always get zits there.

When you begin with your half marathon training could you make a video about how you combine running training and strength training? I’m going to run my third half marathon in April but I’ve always struggled a bit with organizing all of my training sessions

just wanted to say that if your struggeling with adult acne, try cutting out dairy and gluten (and look for hidden food intolerances you might have, mine didnt show up on tests even though i had them)
since i cut those out my skin cleared up like 95% 🥰🥰
(i had pretty bad acne and was on isothretionin for 5 years but my acne still came back)
also i was wondering if u could maybe do a video on your corgi (just how much you have to do in a week for him to be healthy (like chores and stuff))
