The Impact of FNF's Support in Bhutan

Bhutan's transition to a participatory democracy has presented significant challenges, especially in providing Members of Parliament with essential training and resources. To address these needs, the FNF Regional Office in New Delhi partnered with the Bhutan Media Foundation (BMF) in 2021, focusing on building capacity and promoting responsible social media use among media students, nuns, monks, and civil society organizations. This documentary will highlight the importance of FNF’s work in Bhutan and showcase the positive outcomes of our collaboration with local stakeholders, underscoring the need for sustained support for Bhutan’s democratic growth through targeted learning and capacity-building initiatives.
