I demand that another acting president, Mr. Choi, flexens his muscle of expertee in finance to reign in wanton decisions on standard interest rate by the Bank of Korea. Stop them from irresponsibly lowering the rate for God's sake!
I'm no expert in this particular area- but the fluctuation in the rates could be related to your local and national economic situation- there might not be enough funding to maintain the rate Consistenly - u know?
