If you Find one, it says that it is Registered to a different Apple ID.
It will Not let you use it.

If nobody has it paired to their apple ID, yes you will be able to use it. However, if someone has already paired it to their apple ID and hasn’t removed it, you will not be able to use it at all. It is made in a certain way so only if it is paired to another apple ID nobody can connect to it

Thank you! For everyone having my same issue, you have to hold the battery in for like a second before removing it. I was doing it too fast and it wasn’t reseting!
