At the beginning, she did say that it's obviously a woman's voice, but the others thought otherwise and she went with the flow.

I think it not relevant how the baby died but that the mother was right on 'every detail but one' - that being that it was a premonition about the future, not the present (as with the example of the space shuttle being not a problem with the present launch but the future one).

Probably an illness, but could be anything. A road traffic accident? The relevant point is that the child's death was predicted. Like it doesn't matter how the space shuttle exploded, the fact is it did and was predicted.

@Dimitri Vincheov I think it would have been a stronger ending if they'd stated the child died of cot death. This story wasn't half as clever as it thought it was!
