that block strat i did at 3:14 was totally improvised; i was amazed when that worked out as well as it did if you're wondering how i'm getting rage form at will, its because i save-hacked the command menu to replace magic and links with buttons that provoke formchanges one last final dark inferno stomping before Re:Mind; it'll be about a week or so until i upload my first wins against the data battles, so look forward to that

It will only gain power. The darkness in his heart can never be addressed. That dark and twisted chain of memories was shattered forever, never to reassemble, but the pieces and their darkness remains. It's good that Sora's Heartless is still loyal.
did this fight with kingdom key and gotta say.. a lot of blocking and counter attacks while dodging the red attacks since you cannot block those. died around 33 times but the sheer feeling of accomplishment I had. Beautiful.
Rage for is so cool to me bc sora is SILENT and it is menacing as hell him just beating the shit outta this guy not breaking a sweat on near death constantly
I wish they added an option to replace the critical health alarm with something less obnoxious. It's been almost 20 years Square, I think players know when they're low on HP. And that's not getting into the Second Chance abilities that make it helpful to not heal at critical health unless it's actually 1.

I was trying out my shiny new Oathkeeper and decided to go and style on Dark Inferno like all the cool kids, only to get my ass kicked repeatedly. On Proud, no less. That's when I remembered I suck at this game. (In fairness I was only using basic combos, Formchanges and Cure, but man. This douche pulls super armor whenever he damn well feels like it in his red phase.)
Honestly don't think it would matter in the first place, if it is on crit it just gives more of an advantage when it comes to perfectly timed reprisals/counters, when you get hit like, a total of 3 times and you're back at the same level of HP a combo later, a difficulty that doesn't really change what attacks enemies use drastically doesn't matter. That said, in the case of Beginner/Normal/Proud/Crit there's a definite damage spike along with stat loss, but when you literally body the enemy into the void, that taken damage increase doesn't matter since you never get hit or go beyond a certain amount of HP. TLDR, i think the only way it would "impress" you would be either no damage or no Second chance/Once more/etc.
