The only reason she "cleaned out the fridge" before they left for literally 2 nights/3 days was so she'd have a excuse to grocery shop & "restock" all her faves again once they get home. For them not to eat out 3 meals a day at restaurants, truly shows how tight the money situation is. I made sure i was slim when i got pregnant, and unfortunately gained like 40-50 lbs during. Then I kept gaining due to my horrible relationship with my ex 😢. Took me a couple of years to lose the weight once he left. She'll regret it once she has the baby 😢

I think most people celebrate Memorial Day with a BBQ. I didn't do it growing up because my dad was drafted during the Vietnam war. After he got out he did everything possible to separate from anything to do with the military or holidays connected to it.

Memorial Day weekend is a big party actually. It’s like the kickstart of summer. So there’s lots of parties, barbecues, the have boating parades where I live out on the lake.

Some people celebrate Memorial day by going away, having cookouts and parties and etc. Others just prefer to keep it quiet and more solemn. I would have to agree with the latter, and keep it a day of rememberance.
I think most people just celebrate the pools opening and the three day weekend. But the Memorial Day part of that typically is similar to a poppy day, just paying respect to the armed forces and those who fought in wars, but at the same time respecting/honoring the “freedoms” they gave us with their sacrifice. I think most people celebrate Memorial Day with a BBQ. I didn't do it growing up because my dad was drafted during the Vietnam war. After he got out he did everything possible to separate from anything to do with the military or holidays connected to it.

How the hell is she so disorganized? She is forever having to run to the drugstore and Target etc. To get meds, snacks, whatever. Maybe I’m crazy, but if I have a trip coming up, I have a running list. I do a shop and weekend and I just do it then. I fly ans sometimes drive to see my family 10-11 hours away & I have never had to run last minute to CVS the morning of my trip.

We do stuff for Memorial Day parades bbq parties but the holiday is suppose to honor all the service men and women who serve our country. In Long Island we have air shows to honor veterans. Memorial Day for the most part is treated much like the 4th of July or Labor Day so people grill out, have parties, go to the pool or lake etc. Stores have big Memorial Day sales so they also go shopping. I would say the majority of the actual meaning of the day has been lost - just like for most of the other holidays.

I kind of didn't mind this vlog. It was slightly different than every other vlog she has posted in the last month. My standards are quite low for her, however. I'm already annoyed for the next vlog where she will vlog 15 minutes of footage in the car driving there and back, and about 5 minutes or less of them actually at Lake George. So skip all the packing shit altogether if you know you want to live in the moment, or take out that damn camera like you get paid for it

Some people celebrate Memorial day by going away, having cookouts and parties and etc. Others just prefer to keep it quiet and more solemn. I would have to agree with the latter, and keep it a day of rememberance.
I think most people just celebrate the pools opening and the three day weekend. But the Memorial Day part of that typically is similar to a poppy day, just paying respect to the armed forces and those who fought in wars, but at the same time respecting/honoring the “freedoms” they gave us with their sacrifice. If that makes sense 😊

I don’t know ANYONE trying to cozy it up for Memorial Day but people decorate and celebrate without remembrance. I feel like she should have the sense to be a lot more somber about this and maybe offer up a few words about what Memorial Day actually is.
