A silly game that makes little sense to 40k fans.
The issue is that we’re a bit of a niche market and in order to make money they need to sell the game to as many people as possible so they make changes that ultimately make it nothing like 40k and shuns the 40k audience.
For anyone that isn’t familiar with 40k, nobody goes around the underhive looking like BDSM enthusiasts. To expose any skin down there would be suicidally stupid!
The original tabletop necromunda is from 1995 its style is well captured in this "adaptation" for PC. Google it
