It’s super situational for me. If I’m at top speed I don’t bother. Sometimes I’m not paying attention also. That’s most likely the case when you see it in videos
ironically trigger always starts at the front, me always have to fight from 20th to get to 10 or 7 if i'm lucky, i managed to win only those rally+plane+drift races, mainly because ppl can't fly or race the drift cars, reason why i stopped playing this damned online chaos mode

on 3:48 just slow down use 4th gear (Focus) and cut the grass and the tree (will be in your right)
