Jesus, man. I got this game just for nostalgia. But, I admit, I wanted to try beating this on Legendary difficulty. This is goddamn inspirational…and terrifying.
Be careful trying to beat this on Legendary Difficulty because those AIs are no joke. You need to be good with your defense game and your timings on Trick Counter should be on point most of the time to survive that difficulty. Good luck and have fun.
@@biggestwanderer8827 I give it a 7, those AIs cheat a lot. The AIs can control all players at once and you on the other hand can only control a player one at the time. So, you always gonna see those AIs will double team on your baller. They don't do tricks unless you're close enough and that's the only chance you could steal the rock with the high risk of getting crossed out. Also, they like to go in circles most of the time when you have the GB1/GB2 to burn out your Gamebreakers. Even I myself feel frustrated trying to steal the ball and just camping under the bucket hoping they would shoot the ball.

You can do that to the cpu as well. It’s a easy way to get o.rebounds. U gotta press two turbos & r3 and you’ll push someone if you’re in the correct position. Vol 3 is easier than this game. You’re a beast at this so no doubt you’d kill in that game too. The only thing u probably won’t like is that the trick counters are ridiculous. They nerfed them for the player & buffed it for the cpu. U got dudes like Shaq with a 21 steal getting back to back to back to back to back trick counters on guys like biggie littles. So keep that in mind if u ever do decide to play it. The trick counters will absolutely piss u off

Yeah, I can imagine that Trick Counter would be even more crazier in Vol. 3. I really hope EA fixed the Trick Counter so it doesn't drain up the Turbo meter that much.
@@MrNoob-wc3hv u actually get more turbo because they changed the speed of the players & added a speed rating. You should go look at some gameplay. If u can, try to find gameplays on legendary so u can see what im talking about with trick counters. The cpu cheats so hard😂In v3, stealing is super easy. U can rip the ball out of someone’s hand with a 0 steal. The steal rating only matters for trick counter success. There’s a counter animation in v2 when u get rejected on a trick counter but they took that out of vol 3. They really nerfed the counters but only for the player. The cpu doesn’t care about the steal rating, if they go for a trick counter they’re probably going to get it. & they also added the ability to reach while running, which for some reason gives u a speed boost & the cpu spams the absolute fuck out of that for the speed boost
@@gavonpinex1192 Haha I watched DDubbullU's playthrough for Vol. 3 on Legendary Difficulty and it stresses the F out of that poor guy haha. The CPUs cheat a lot with the blocks & steals on him. Come to think of it, there are not many Legendary Difficulty playthroughs for that game on YT. I only could find 2 playthroughs: DDubbullU and Fastback Deuces' playthrough, that's it.
Have u noticed that the cpu cheats so much to the point where they run faster than you too? U might not be able to keep up with players even with biggie littles. I hate how games equate hard difficulty with cheating like no. Almost every game with a hard difficulty does that
Yeah, I kinda bothered about that one and also what pisses me off the most that I noticed is that the CPUs love running around in circles 25:26 - 25:50. They keep passing the ball a lot and they don't even do tricks which make Trick Counter even more difficult. That's why I need to learn reaching the ball efficiently. At one point in this part 32:00 - 32:15, I gave up trying to get the rock and just camp under the rim and wait for them to make a shot. If you see me do this, that means I'm too lazy to steal.
@@MrNoob-wc3hv i forgot to tell u that when u reach, don’t touch the left stick. I don’t know why but it seems when I reach & don’t touch the stick, I either poke the ball loose or steal it. Try that out. Get in position to reach, reach without moving the stick at least until the reach animation is over & see if u get more steals. That’s another thing that works for me

Which stat did you fully max out? I thought I saw it earlier but I must have not.
I maxed out Steal skill, don't wanna rely too much on Trick Counter because it uses a lot of Turbo.
