It's hard to tell from here, but The Gill Tarot looks to be the same size as the Wild Goddess Oracle. Such a fun update to the series, I've got The Seashell Oracle on the way. It's very slim pickings for relatable/relevant decks for those that live in the tropics and don't jive with popular mermaid style decks - this one has me very excited! Happy New Year to you and yours!
I’m not sure if this has been recommended, but my tiny Commonplace Oracle by Nell Latimer is one of my favorite decks. (I also love-love her tarot even though the cardstock is kinda stiff.) I think it would play nice with any black-bordered deck, and it reads well in Lenormandy triplets for me. I also wonder if the voice of the OG 1970’s Morgan’s Tarot (100% only an oracle) might work for you. I enjoy your channel. Thanks for what you do.
I love what you've done with your Outgrow Yourself! I might have to copy you right back and mark the back of mine, that's so smart. Love love the Seashell Oracle, I am praying that someone in the UK starts stocking it 🐚💖
Hi! Have you seen the Death Doula Oracle and the new oracle from Crista of CrochetWitch....it's called Divine Ephemera Oracle. It's collage and looks great with any old world art decks. I showed it yesterday on my IG account. I have both and love them. I'm also a huge fan of Zerner and Farber and have the oracle you show. I bought it (mostly) because it features art from Tretchikoff who I adore and have collected many of his prints. His women are gorgeous. That Seashell Oracle....ordered it this morning! The Mushroom Oracle didn't speak to me, but this one looks so pretty with the decks you showed. Love it. Interesting you recently read Piranesi. I read it in November. I am super picky about magical realism, and I feel the book and TV world is flooded with really awful representations now, but I like Piranesi. It's peculiar, but it's back story is based in the author's reality, which made it more poignant for me. Thank you for another fabulous video, you and Madame Bathsheba have a wonderful holiday!
I talked about the Death Doula in my last oracle update video, I've still been having some trouble connecting with it. Christa's deck is definitely on my radar and on my wishlist ! I discovered Piranesi in the early days of the pandemic and I've returned to it numerous times since. As an anthropologist I love that it's all written through field notes !
I enjoyed this series. I’ve yet to add an oracle deck to my collection, but I’m considering The Oracles by Libby Bove. And I might back When Olga Speaks if it returns to Kickstarter. Do you have any Uusi decks? They have a couple oracles. I’ve had their decks on my maybe list for ages, which I guess means I’m not that into them.
“Is something only valuable because it’s rare or can it be valuable because it’s common?” 🤯😭❤️ Yeah ok I’m going to need the Seashell Oracle Also that Seashell collection spread is genius! Now I’m curious about the Mushroom Oracle guidebook because if it’s as good as that one... 👀👀👀
Ooo good idea ! I just tried it and it looks okay but I think it would work even better with the new kazanlar with the dark blue borders (which I still wanna get) !
My friend got me the Wild Goddess Oracle for my birthday! 🎉 I’ve never had an archetype deck before so I’m curious to try it out. I want to try it with the Daydreaming In Situ, but i haven’t yet. (Oh I was commenting as I watched the video and I just saw you took it out too haha). Have you seen the Endless Oracle? Idk if it’s the type of oracle you used based on what you’ve showed, but we’ve talked about fantasy decks before and that one is currently my favorite medieval fantasy deck 😍 (I talked about it and Fitz in my Christmas decks video).
Oh cute ! Yeah I think I've seen that one and I like the titles a lot but I wish it was a little more colorful. My Christmas oracle (which I just got sent as an early present) is the Golden Nostradamus Oracle, which feels kinda medieval and festive.
@@catomancytarot ahh yes, i wasn’t a fan of the blue monochromatic look at first, but now I love it! (Thoughts it’s not super friendly for pairing with multiple decks because if the monochrome thing). That Nostradamus one is so cool 😍 I think it might be oop? ☹️

I hope someone does ! I know there's a few UK oracles that I really want that I've been holding back on because of shipping...
Loving this deck review Janaki!!!!! 🙏🏻
Thanks Nina 🫶
Outgrow yourself feels like a tarot to me too. Fun video, thank you for sharing ❤

As far as I'm concerned the Outgrow Yourself IS a tarot deck. With added oracle meanings. It's a wonderful deck.
Would you use the Goddess Oracle with the Ritual Tarot??? I'm considering buying it as a companion. Thoughts, since you have both?

I'm curious about it too but I might hold out until next fall because that's when I feel mushroom season is, lol 🍄
@@catomancytarot i have to wait for either of them because of logistic reasons either way haha, so I’ll wait and see! 😝
Do you have death doula oracle? I love it. Also enjoy fallen angels deck, it’s definitely a vibe for sure.
Yes I do ! I talked about it in my last oracle update video.
Intuitive Night Goddess? haven't finished to see if you got it :)
Yes that's the one ! Lol, looks like I forgot to put it in the video 🤣
15:00 ooo do you think this oracle would look good with kazanlar tarot? Is it the same shape as the gill tarot
Ooo good idea ! I just tried it and it looks okay but I think it would work even better with the new kazanlar with the dark blue borders (which I still wanna get) !
@@catomancytarot oh yes! I bet it will.

Right ? It's the ultimate cancer deck !
