Each person has to be responsible for their own decisions. There have been people who have made claims about CLO2, sometimes known as CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution). There are countries that look on CDS favorably, but North America is not so friendly toward CDS. Check out Andreas Kalcker. He has been studying CDS for about 15 years. Many doctors use it in other countries to treat people.
What is not so clear to me is the ppm measurements. The color being shown from the gallon container has a strong yellow colour. I deal with 3000 ppm CLO2 almost everyday and the colour is as intensely as this one (550 ppm). The CLO2 I buy comes from a certified lab and they guarantee 3000 ppm. What am I missing here? Hey, great question. We have never mixed a solution that high in concentration here at Crystal Creek, so we can't comment on the color differences between the different solutions. BUT, we do know, because we tested it, that the solution we made in the video has 525 ppm. My best guess is: at a certain point of concentration the human eye cannot distinguish the color differences between concentrations anymore. You go higher in concentration but the yellow stain is fully developed and does visually not get any more intense.
what is the name of the tablet in the pack you put in the gallon of water - you said it is the easiest way to make chlorine dioxide and it would be helpful if you can tell me where l can buy it - thank you in advance for the responce

Couldn't you mix the acid and base first and then add to the water? If so, you wouldn't have to wait eight hours? Or, mix the acid and base in a small amount of water and then add to the large container?
We do not recommend mixing the activator and the base beforehand, as it would immediately gas off. This is also why we recommend keeping it closed for storage. If you are looking for a one step option, the tablets are great for this. a 20mg tablet can be dropped into a gallon of water and is ready for use within an hour.
Can I use it to sanitize 1. rain water (in a rainwater catchment system 15K Gallons) to make it drinkable? 2. for swimming pool sanitation? - Please explain how and the quantities. Thank you!

The drum itself is plastic. Habistat is non corrosive allowing for the metal pump. We're glad you found the video worthwhile, thank you!
