Switched my DW+shout build to this and instantly went from struggling in the 60s pit to pushing 80 w/ out grandfather, max glyphs, or optimum rolls on gear. Truly a solid build. Thanks

Legit just cleared pit 92 with this build but I’ve improved my gear and switched the marshal glyph with territorial
The whirlwind dust devils are getting boosted to 100% next week. It will make the whirl dust a lot more viable.

First of all, thank you for all the amazing barb videos. Ive been rocking the Double Swing DD build and its been great (no Grandpapa yet though)
I figured out a slightly more optimized route through your paragon boards. On the warbringer board, path to the Legendary node from the nearby Core Reserve rare node. This lets you free up alllll the nodes from the other path you took
This means we give up Hungering Fury (not a big deal) but also thr fire res rare node.
So what i did is on the blood rage board i path south instead of north. Theres a fire res nodes there which gives you back the res you were missing. From there just path to the Revel node nearby, and this allows you to free up the path heading through Enrage.
This allowed me a 6th board (i connected south of the exploit board, you were already near the gate) and i managed to fit in one more glyph with all the points saved.
I know this is a long shot, but do you by any chance have a planner of your board? 😅
What was the sixth glyph you added? 😊
@@iatwiatw it was rumble glyph because I replaced with with ground stomp. I rock stomp and leap to generate quakes along with bul kathos aspect
I added in Carnage board and had enough points to path to the glyph + rare nodes there.
Sorry I don't have a planner, but it wouldn't be optimal. I also removed the fire res nodes and many armor nodes once I masterworked my armor (rocking all res on chest and pants + diamonds on jewelry to cap)

on planner gloves have str you got atk speed in video, single hand weps have no max life on them and in video you do. just wanted make sure the planner is what you find bis? love the build thank you for this epic video.

One last question 😂 so i see fury on your 2h is that crucial ? Or better grab crt dmg instead? I see fury str hp on planner but the crt dmg ga is insane on 2h so im trying to really understand what is worth dropping or stick exactly to the planner. Really trying to bis this build because im loving it . Thank you again
For pushing I don't think you need it, for speed running it's good. But regardless if you've got good gear then I'd definitely skip it
I obviously have patchwork gear, and I don't have Grandfather and Starless, but this build is already way stronger than the vanilla double swing build from Maxroll.
The only thing I don't like is that Rupture sometimes eats up a Yen's proc, which means I end up using it only to finish bosses.
Getting a free Rallying Cry is so good when mobbing, especially since this build is starved for movement speed.
Challenging Shout for free is of course clutch against bosses.
I'm considering bringing back Leap or maybe putting points in other passives.
Speaking of, I reallocated the points from Invigorating Fury to Concussion then swapped Inner Calm for Skullbreaker. I don't know how effective it is 😅 but in the Pit I find myself rarely able to stay still for 3 seconds unless the boss is staggered.
Also, I'm pretty sure Yen's is bugged, because it triggers even when I just open a town portal or chug a potion.
Either that or the game actually counts those as skills 😂

So the gear in the video is different from the gear that's on the planner should we go by that as a reference or keep pausing and playing to see what you are using in video as a reference?
You can follow the planner and temper crit and vuln where I left one empty temper (can not show it on mobalytics)

Whirlwind will get buffed soon with the patch notes on June 17th. But regardless double swing and whirlwind are good to use.
Please help. I am running the Noobie gear version of this, but with Grandfather. Why do I keep running out of fury on bosses? I have moments where I have to wait 5 seconds or so for a Shout so I can generate fury. It's no issue fighting packs of mobs, just the solo boss

You need to take damage. Whenever he hits you, you should generate a bunch of fury. I'm not having any issues. Fury generation is also massive

you can change bold chieftain aspect to vocalized empowerment that gives you fury while shouts are active so don't use all the shouts at once and you will always have some

Take more damage! And you can swap a shout for leap if needed

Could anyone enlight me, why is it only lightning res on chest ? Is that mandatory that it need to be lightning, or can it be fire ? I don't see how the res adds up to 75% cap, when it's the only gear with +specific res, or does it come from paragon board the rest. Cause i got a chest with GA on fire res.
You can have any of the res that I have in my socketed jewelry instead

@@PJSpojken This seems to be a problem with A LOT of Barb builds- they have two really good resistances but lack on the others. It's frustrating to say the least as I get smoked by end game activities because of it. What's funny is my Druid can tank end game stuffs better than my Barb. It'd be nice if someone told us how to get all resistances on Barb and how to survive the lvl 200 bosses- especially Lilith and Lord Zir.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but when I’m fighting mobs my fury regenerates. But when I’m fighting a boss or single enemy it doesn’t regenerate quick

@@iVETAnsolini Even though it does less damage, it still helps you apply bleed.
Didnt actually get nerfed. More correct would be, it got fixed. Only minions (druids/necro) would cause it to be busted due to wrong scaling. Would still work the same otherwise.
@ssjnaruto3350 they changed it to not be based off monster hp and now weapon damage based. So yes it will very much be changed on everyone not just minions. Bleed bash and flay builds would get like 40x higher bleeds with holy bolt if used. We need to see new numbers on it bit it 100% is nerfed for more than minions.
@@Jellounseen again, they clearly states they fixed it. Basing it off enemies hp was bound to make it broken especially off higher tier pits. I could be wrong but im pretty sure nothing else scales with enemy hp, so it only makes sense it could only scale off weapon dmg, as it should have and will be. So,again, it was fixed. Just because its not a crutch anymore, doesnt make it a nerf. It doesnt downplay or degrade any builds at all.

I died instantly. I was frustrated and heartbroken that I can not get this build to work for me
Perhaps you need a bit of defensives because you need to tank hits to get fury
I did this build yesterday it worked for me. I did some adjustments to improve my survivability, like putting as mush as HP/imposing presence I could and I reach easily 100k hp. I still have 2 affixes of resistance for now so I can have 70% on everything, waiting to finish my masterworking so I could remove one at this point. I am now almost unkillable whenever I hit/get hit and I still demolish everything with my 2k+ crit DMG, even I still need to change some affixes to add vulnerable DMG.
And finally I also kept commotion from my previous dust devil build and kept a 1h mass so I can stun everything everytime.

So elixir of holy cringe got nerfed, and now flay build got buffed 4 different ways. Dust devil whirlwind also got buffed. Starless Skies also got buffed as it's now like max 5 stacks

How do you generate fury against bosses?
I'm struggling with this too. I have to wait for shouts to come off cooldown, but then I'm just standing around doing nothing.
Take damage. Don't bother dodging stuff. The more damage you take, the more fury you generate. I'm not having any issues there. Starless and resource generation also helps
i tried the build but cant get any fury when im fighting a dungeon boss and cant figure out why
Proly just need to take damage. Don't dodge stuff, the more damage you take the more fury you generate. That or you don't have enough resource generation, but in that case you can drop a shout for leap

Imposing presence helps a lot
Especially on bosses I don’t have any fury
You either need to get hit or need some more resource generation or starless skies. But in case your gear is trash it's easily solvable by just swapping one of the shouts to leap

Any direct damage you do while you're berserking with the Ripping aspect causes bleed damage equal to 60% of your base damage dealt.

Nice build, but to me if you're saying S+ Godtier you have to be clearing Pit 145+ with the build. There are god tier build at 148.
