I found a DVD poorly wrapped in bubble wrap in my mailbox, and interestingly it was a bootleg Max and Ruby DVD. I decided to watch it because Max and Ruby was my childhood, the episodes were all normal, except for the fourth episode.
I know this is you, CFCD. Stop fucking doing this.

For anyone wondering, this video is a remake of a creepypasta that scared me as a kid. I’m not the creator of the story. The reason it actually looks like the show is because they’re official. I ripped the show’s assets from an old flash game from the Nick Jr. website. So, basically, THIS ISN’T REAL! I am glad you guys like the video though!! (P.S. How are so many people finding this video? Will edit question out when I get an answer)

Bro, the silence in this animation is LOUD. Like holy crap! This made me feel really unsettled, the disturbing imagery, the sound effects, the white noise, the scene where Ruby saw that Max hung himself, it was all executed PERFECTLY! Why is this literally the only one that references Ruby threatening the viewer at the end? Props to this creepyoasta take for actually including that too tbh
others did too, like seelight4guy’s remakes.
This is one of the best overall remakes of Max and Ruby 0004 to date. At 1:05 the design of the parents look like the Season 6 parents but in Season 1’s animation style, making it all the more realistic rather than using the Season 6 parents in the Season 6 animation style. 3:15 also has the attention to “Burn In Hell” but said by one of the chanting souls. The part that really takes the cake though is 3:30. The idea of Ruby screaming and then cutting to her creepypasta self is better than her just screaming bloody earrape for jumpscare value. That part is also realistic. Then there’s silence, which feels just as loud as the 14 seconds of jumbled up stuff after Ruby screams. 4:52 sounds just like Ruby from the show instead of the Text To Speech voice from the original penguh video. This remake feels like an ascended and more realistic version of penguh’s original video on almost every level. It nails nearly everything described in the story and is also accurate to the story. Absolutely incredible.
Final Rating: 10/10 (THE BEST in PigPigGamer’s Tier List, and I agree with PigPigGamer here as well)

I love this one the most out of all versions, and I think- I don't know, but I THINK- If you look at Ruby from 2:55-3:16 you can see what looks like swinging, so I think it resembles what happens in the next scene with Max. Anyways, I love the original and clear animation and the added scenes, everything was necessary and in place, the sounds were added correctly and the ending was perfect. 10/10.

I am a horror lover, not just scary movies or whatever but creepy creepypastas all that, blood, gore, jumpscares, just naturally disturbing things normally don't affect me too much. When ruby saw her brother hung and then she screamed, if you look closely and slow the video down, you can see something on the right before she goes all creepy. It looked like her brothers ghost running to her.
