If you set training distance to "long range" and microwalk forward, WWA will connect from that distance. Pots ability to get in and maintain pressure increased significantly with the changes, and Andross really takes advantage of it. Good sets.
Not a nago fan but that was very impressive play from Verix! Once he got in he didnt let Potemkin play despite the times he was getting wrecked earlier.
they're both very skilled players but Andross just conditioned Verix with his oppressive game plan. It's really about whoever gets to start their pressure first, which can snowball into a win (3rd match shows this)
@@emergence109 ahh I see. So Verix just had to play passively cause of too much pot pressure. Well I was kinda expecting some kind of crazy beautiful, near flawless gameplay from Verix considering he's #1 but then again, this is strive so my bad ig.
@69thApostleOfShindoL i think you guys shouldnt put too much stock into a number. Verix is a top player but that doesn't mean he will seamlessly stomp every match up. Pot is also one of the trickier match ups.
He used Kamuriyuki/beyblade, which puts Nago in the air for a handful of its startup-frames, which can be used to do air-normals, if Roman Cancelled at the right time
Thats not what happened at all otherwise it wouldve been a prc not a brc. That was a BLUE rc which means he walked forward, back dashed then brcd the back dash then fast canceled the brc into jumping K for an instant overhead. Everyone in the game has access to this tech.
the fight for the last steroids
Nago is natty 💯
very impressed with that nago play during the second round of match 2. goodness such little health and he pulled it off. pot was spectacular, as well.
Verix instant brc overhead is terrifying 😂 @8:55
im still tryna comprehend how he got in the air lmao

Andros was amazing. Idk if im just too low level to not see the high level play but Verix didn't play very well for a #1 Nago.
Verix did win VSF, so maybe he's just a bit out of practice
This is my first time seeing this MU so idk either

@@hakumenx1 ahhh ok my bad, thx for correcting
Fun fact Snake Eyez believes Pot wins this mu
Snake Eyez has more or less dropped Strive since the launch of SF6 though, right? Of what relevance is his opinion now?
@@Robo-Mojoconsidering he still has a goated skill level before he dropped it... quite a bit.
@@Robo-Mojo no particular thoughts from me. He streamed Strive about a week ago tho which is where I heard this.
