- Lucy visits the three day Elvis festival in benidorm
Benidorm is located on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Famous for it's beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, hotels, sightseeing, party atmosphere, excursions, tours and sun. It is not only one of the top holiday destinations in Spain but one of the best tourist hotspots in the whole of Europe. British and Irish tourists love to travel to Benidorm, being one of the best resorts for a package holiday, but it is also well loved by many European travellers, and of course the Spanish themselves. It is an all year round holiday resort, the good weather means there is something to offer visitors of all nationalities and ages, and you will always find things to do and places to go. Everyone knows Elvis. My kids know who he was and they are Spanish, even after all this time still in people’s minds.

Kay and my wee Mum went to see Elvis with the Philharmonic Orchestra a few years ago in Glasgow. Priscilla Presley was there as compere 😉
We will be back next April 2nd when the festival is on again.

Great video Lucy watch everyone of your videos. We usually go to Benidorm 4 times a year for a week at Christmas, Easter, Summer and Sept/Oct is this still allowed under the brexit deal as UK citizens?

Why do most venues choose for quantity (to loud music) instead of quality , it sounds awful ! Hotel Melia sounded best and seems to have the most fun 👍 maybe because it was outside .

Saw the comedy elvis in Tenerife before but he was terrible haha
I didn't recognise anything here to do with Mr Costello; Presley made good music for the first 5-6 years (much of it covers of black R&B artists) before descending into crap (Kissing Cousins? Who wants to buy a heart?, Crying in the Chapel? etc).
Mr Costello has been making solid music for c.45 years; I think I know who is entitled to be known as the Real Elvis. This festival seems to be rubbish.
Now standing by for an onslaught.
