One of my relatives told me in Texas 100 years ago the family was farmers and it was extremely hot in summer. They would move their beds outside during summer and sleep under the trees. No AC back then.

I think everyone should have some solar power if they can. If you can make improvements to the property,and the property has some of the right trees, I can advise how to make a comfortable area to stay cool. I live a primitive life in the US. It's cheap, easy, and comfortable. It's an investment that you can do gradually. I can't get Americans to do it but you'll stop paying for light, refrigeration and AC after you make the changes.

I rented an apartment in LasVegas 5 blocks away from the strip near NewYork casino.. the air conditioning was broken when I moved in.. I was shocked to know it was and is illegal to not have air-conditioning... Temps in there was near 95 to 1p0 degrees in there.. I almost pasted out.. don't Plat with ur health lady.. u can always take ur portable air con with u when u move ya know...😅
