You’re doing a great thing here Erik Cortina. These interviews with the best of the best shooters, and your informational videos are the best. I would love to get an opportunity to shoot some targets with you.
Man this video is great! John is hilarious, Erik is a trip. I messaged Erik on FB and after watching this now i feel bad for asking some dumb questions 😅
fantastic and encouraging interview.
Great interview remember following the nationals from South Africa and was absolutely thrilled when John won those medals
Been shooting on my own for a while and I'm planning to get into either FClass or prs next summer and listening to a conversation like this is gold for a newbie like me and I discovered a new credible youtuber. Thanks
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
Good luck in your next match.
Love Thisss!!! The Magic Bullet;-)!!!
Love Johns channel!
Thanks guys
We would like to hear more of your advice on barrel makers, action makers, etc and what percentage of your success is due to reloading knowledge?
Wish i would have went straight for the best especially with scopes right away...would have saved me a mountain of money😅
Eric, What does a custom rifle chambered in 284 Winchester with the components you mentioned in this video cost on average?
I’m pretty sure the customs these guys use run in the $6-8k range.
Action - $1400, Barrel - $900, Stock/chassis $1100 - $1600, Trigger - $300-$400, Mag - $100, total: $4150. Add gunsmith costs if using a smith. Plus reloading gear (another big expense).
