Can I only have the clover flex only for my retail store
Can I add in all of the customer's credit card information that pay automatically and have it take payment from their visa cards on the first of the month for me? I manually enter customer card numbers every month for payment its a long prosses.
Hi and thanks for stopping by! We definitely recommend asking your existing processing company about a virtual terminal with a vault. This service falls under your processor rather than strictly the Clover hardware. Storing credit cards securely is really important to protect your business, and the virtual terminal with recurring invoices will allow you to do that. If your processor does not have this service or it is cost prohibitive, we recommend Square as any user has access to store credit cards and set up repeat billing, and you won't need additional hardware. Hi Merchant Maverick👍, i have a Detailing business, sometimes i'am fixed(stationary) or i can go mobile. How does this work with being mobile if i don't have Wi-Fi & will it work for mobile auto detailing?
Hi, Nathan! If you happen to be without an internet connection, you can still take an offline payment with your Clover Flex for your detailing business. Taking a payment offline does decrease your protection in the event of a chargeback, however. That's why in general, we recommend avoiding offline payments if you can possibly get to a connection. However, sometimes processing offline is unavoidable and even necessary, and can still be a relatively safe way to take a payment.

Hi Echo Vibes! The Clover Flex has both WiFi and cellular data (for an extra fee) so you can take the Flex just about anywhere and accept payment on the spot.
